Who we are

Beyond Borders Education is founded by Altynai Abdybekova. We offer university admissions guidance, scholarship information and personalized educational mentorship.

What we collect

We collect only the details you type into the forms on this website:

• Contact form: name, email address, country, subject and message.
• Mentorship application form: full name, email address, WhatsApp number (optional), country, education level, intended degree, destination country, type of support you need and your motivation.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your message and to review mentorship applications.

We do not send you marketing messages without your separate consent.

Messengers and booking

Some features send you to third-party services: WhatsApp, Telegram and Cal.com. The booking calendar on the Contact page is provided by Cal.com and loads from its servers; the details you enter when booking go to Cal.com, and the meeting is created in Google Calendar with a Google Meet link. These are separate services. Any personal data you share with them is governed by their own privacy policies, not by this one.

Service providers

We rely on the following service providers to run this website:

• Cloudflare: hosting, security checks and cookie-free visit statistics.
• Resend: delivery of emails sent by our forms, including the automatic reply you receive.
• Telegram: internal notifications about new messages, if enabled.

Storage and retention

This website has no database. Form submissions are not stored on the website itself. They arrive by email and are kept for [RETENTION PERIOD].

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for advertising, tracking or analytics. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site and its forms from automated abuse; they are not used to identify you. The Cal.com booking calendar on the Contact page may set its own cookies, governed by the Cal.com privacy policy.
